Going public and a new watermark

In the new year, I am going to redesign this blog and open it back up to the public because all of the photographs are watermarked. My family blog will remain private.

Also, here is my new watermark! A photography friend designed it for me and she is awesome!

I entered a photo challenge at my parents' church in Bend. The theme was "Love Like Jesus." I stuck to the father/son theme of Jesus and turned in this picture. It had a slightly different black and white edit than this version, but you get the idea.

Look closely at this picture...




If you look closely enough, you can see the catch-lights -- in his eyes, you can see the silhouettes of Brett and me trying to get Jack to look at the camera.



Jack's eyes are so stunning. I've been admiring them for over a year now, and I still can't get enough.

Okay, now look even closer. I am holding up my left hand trying to get Jack to look at the camera. Brett is standing to my right. Do you see these two silhouettes in the black pupil of his eye?
