Aimee | Portland Lifestyle Photographer

I had so much fun doing a different style photo shoot with Aimee. I am so used to photographing babies and children. While I adore photographing the little ones, it was wonderful having someone follow instructions easily. Aimee is a natural in front of the camera. She is so beautiful! I had a wonderful time and I can't wait for our next session!!

Two quick notes...

First, I did an edit of one of my all-time favorite photos. This one melts my heart.



Secondly, I've been brainstorming for Valentine's Day. This is last year's and I absolutely love it.

Aida | Children and Family Photographer

I had so much fun with Aida and her parents! She is a little over one year old and such a sweetheart. She was a total delight despite it being super cold!

Here are a few of my favorites.

"Me" time

It was a gorgeous day. It was a little bit chilly but the sun was shining. I found an hour where nobody needed me. I grabbed my camera and left my cell phone in the car. Everything else could wait.

I hiked down to the Willamette River. I was worried the sun would beat me, but I ended up with plenty of time.



I sat down on the dock waiting for the sun to set. I got a little bored.

An Evening at the Library

We had a fun little photo session at the library this evening. Jack was awesome! He loves books so he had a blast. Here are a few of the photos.

Santa brought me a 7D!

I am one lucky lady. I have had my Rebel for nearly two years, and "Santa" decided that after all of my hard work, I have earned a 7D. I am IN LOVE with this camera. I was completely shocked. This camera is so much more powerful than my Rebel so I have been practicing with it a lot.

The easiest place to practice is with Jack in the bathtub because he isn't able to travel too far.

I am doing a few sessions in January and I am so excited!!
